We are a consulting company dedicated to improving our client´s cost visibility and to steering their organizations towards the path of self-generating efficiency by implementing new processes, systems, and governance structures.

 

The core of our work is centered around the Zero-Based Budgeting methodology. Over the years, however, we have adapted ZBB to fit the needs of a diverse range of clients and industries. We have thus become a genuine ZBB laboratory, as our name indicates.

 

Unlike most consultancies in the market that focus on recommendations, we implement and stay on, often for years on end, through our ZBB as a service (ZaaS) platform, constantly testing the real-life applicability of the solutions we design and making constant adjustments. This gives us an edge when it comes to designing solutions that will truly work for your organization.
